Today's link points to a great, although odd, use of the web as a communication medium for a community. In this case the community is, "people who would like to track their dollar bills as they change hands." Tens of thousands of people have entered in the serial numbers of bills, and they wait to see who else in the community will find those bills later on. They even rubber-stamp the bills to encourage people to visit the site!
